Carrot – 2
Cucumber – 1
Cabbage – 100 gms
Moong sprout – 1 cup
Apple – 1
Grapes – 1 cup
Coriander – 2 tablespoon
Green chilly – 1
Cheese – 1 cube
For dressing
Olive oil – 1 teaspoon
Chilli flakes – 1/2 teaspoon
Pepper powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Oregano – 1/4 teaspoon
Salt – To taste
Lemon juice – 2 teaspoon
Method
Cut carrot and cucumber into thin slices for garnishing.
Cut carrot, cucumber, cabbage, apple into thin length
wise stripes. Cut grapes into half for garnishing.Mix well all the ingredients for dressing. Chop coriander and green chilly finely. Mix all the vegetables and fruits in the salad bowl and pour the dressing and mix well. At last garnish the salad with grapes, carrot slices, coriander and cheese.
