Milk – 1 litre
Rose water – 1 tablespoon
Cardamom powder – 1 tablespoon
Almonds – 3 blanched & sliced
Sugar – 1/2 kg
Boil milk in heavy kadai.
On low heat simmer milk turning in centre.
Let the cream remain on the sides.
The milk should become 1/4 the quantity.
Add sugar, cardamom powder and nuts.
When the milk becomes thick mix all the cream from the sides to make a thick mixture.
Add rose water.
Chill and serve.
Could add rasgullas to it and serve.
