Seedless Grapes – 50 grams
Pineapple (chopped) – 2 slices
Banana (chopped) – 1/2 cup
White or brown sugar 0 1/2 cup
Semolina – 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder – 1/2 teaspoons
Ghee – 8 tablespoons
Over a medium flame stir the semolina briskly for two to three minutes. When it turns light golden remove and keep aside.
Heat one – and – a – quarter cups of water and stir in the semolina; add grapes and pineapple cardamom powder and stir for a minute.
Fry cashew in a tablespoon of ghee and add to the fruit mixture. Heat a quarter cup of water and boil the sugar over a low flame. When the sugar melts add to the fruit paste and stir for a few seconds until it turns into a light pudding. After five seconds and remove from fire. Serve hot or cold.
