Kandharappam

Ingredients:
200 gms Raw rice
50 gms urad dhal
200 gms jaggery powdered
1/4 tsp fenugreek
1/2 kg oil

Method:
Soak rice,dhal and fenugreek in water for 4 hours.
Grind this mixture into a smooth batter with minimum water.
Add powdered jaggery in this mixture and mix the batter well.
Heat oil and drop one tablespoon of this batter and fry.
Do not deep fry, it should form as a flat round Paniyaram in the oil.
